Ostend, sunday 4th of July. School holidays. Quentin gives full throttle for his hobby: boats. The second competition race in Belgian for Powerboats & Crafts is in Ostend. He's at home in Ostend and last minute to boat is shipped from Bruges to Ostend with a car.
The weather conditions are good: some waving, no sun and people on the beach listening to the noise and thinking: what is going on at the Nord Sea? Other people have already experience and with their Osprey RIB are watching in private the race.
